With over 20 years of experience in executive search, talent acquisition, and leadership roles, I specialize in connecting top-tier executive talent with high-growth software and AI companies. My expertise spans global firms to start-ups, public companies to private equity-backed ventures, and strategic advisory to hands-on search execution. At Stillwater Executive Search, I partner with leading PE and VC firms to build exceptional leadership teams that drive scale, transformation, and long-term success.

Experience

I have experience leading in-house talent acquisition for private equity, aligning hiring strategies with investment goals. Having worked as a Talent Partner within PE, I understand the nuances of integrating leadership talent post-acquisition and scaling executive teams for rapid growth. My ability to optimize talent frameworks ensures companies have the right leadership in place to drive operational excellence and long-term value creation.
 

Over the course of my career, I have led and executed hundreds of strategic and executive searches across enterprise software and AI, with a particular focus on GTM, Operations, and Board-level roles. My extensive network of C-level and senior executives allows me to connect high-caliber talent with companies looking to accelerate growth. I have successfully placed leaders across all key functions, including Sales, Marketing, HR, Product, Finance, and Engineering, ensuring organizations secure the right expertise to navigate complex, high-growth environments.
 

Beyond search execution, I serve as a trusted advisor to CEOs, founders, and investors, helping them develop and refine talent strategies that drive long-term success. My background in sales, sales leadership, and operational strategy gives me a business-first perspective on executive hiring.
