Having worked as a Talent Partner within PE, I understand the nuances of integrating leadership talent post-acquisition and scaling executive teams for rapid growth. Over the course of my career, I have led and executed hundreds of strategic and executive searches across enterprise software and AI, with a particular focus on GTM, Operations, and Board-level roles.
